RETURN, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the contract terms, along with the invoice issued by www.nehireg.com. You should contact our dedicated team via our Facebook or Instagram pages and provide the reason for the return. You will receive a refund for the amount of the product, minus the return shipping cost, and the amount will be transferred to a bank wallet or bank account only. It is not possible to issue refunds in cash upon receiving the returned item.
General return conditions are as follows;

- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (e.g., products with a label, cracks, or damage on the original box or taped with shipping tape) or products that have lost their resale value and can no longer be purchased by another customer cannot be accepted.
- You must send the original invoice along with the product you wish to return.
- If the invoice for the product you wish to return is from a corporate company, you must send it back with the return invoice issued by the company. The return invoice must exclude shipping fees (product price minus return or exchange request cost).

Otherwise, the return or exchange cannot be processed after 24 hours from receipt or without submitting the photo within the specified period.
- For the return and exchange transactions you send to www.nehireg.com, you must complete the process via our Facebook or Instagram pages. If your shipment is accepted, we will send a shipping representative via Aramex for fast delivery. There are three options for defective new products out of their packaging: repair, exchange, or return. Therefore, you must send the product(s) with a note stating your request.
- The time for the exchange process of the products we receive depends on product stock, the return process time depends on the inspection by the Nehir authorized team, and the repair process time depends on the time required to repair your products. (We will complete your transaction as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.)
